We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. All prescriptions issued through our service are provided by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. A prescription will only be issued following a completed online consultation and clinical review.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines (POMs) without a valid prescription. Prescriptions cannot be transferred or used at third-party pharmacies unless specifically arranged. All prescriptions are subject to clinical approval and may be declined at our discretion if deemed clinically inappropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
We do not store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by a secure, PCI-compliant third-party provider.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to the availability of stock and the outcome of your clinical review.
Delivery timescales are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly using the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for prescription medicines, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and our obligations under UK pharmacy law. Non-prescription items may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.
If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Our service provides online consultations and pharmacy-led prescribing. It does not replace the care of your regular GP or other healthcare professionals. Information provided through our service is for guidance only and should not be treated as personalised medical advice beyond the scope of your consultation.
If you experience any adverse effects after taking medication supplied by us, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention immediately. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
